TEXTILES

Nearly every manufacturing process generates solid emissions that are more or less harmful and that directly impact the lifespan and reliability of equipment; finally these are a source of environmental pollution as well as an escape route for valuable materials.
For this reason textile filter equipment is used to lower these emissions and the last 15 years have seen significant developments including the development of filtration materials. Entry to the EU has placed increased demands on improving the environmental performance of manufacturing processes. Every filter equipment operator is obliged by the law to follow emission limits stipulated in Decree 706/2002 and it generally applies that any operating filtration equipment needs inspection and service.
Our company offers cooperation when seeking answers to these questions:

Service inspections of filtration equipment
- Inspection of exhaust and dust collection system including system regulation
- Where applicable, also inspection of filter elements and installation, including box reinforcements
The results of these inspections are incorporated into a filtration equipment inspection report that contains proposed measures for eliminating defects in such equipment. In practice damaged filtration equipment and filter inserts that must be replaced are frequently discovered.

Filtration textile and thread
Fifteen years ago PES 700X fabric was almost exclusively used as a filtration media; the mentioned developments in filtration technology and fabrics has resulted in a larger number of filtration textiles composed of the following types of fibres:

Characteristics pursuant to the type of fibre used in manufacturing filtration materials

Improvement of the individual characteristics of filtration media have been achieved by combining individual synthetic fibres, which provide the opportunity to manufacture the large number of textiles produced today.

Another improvement on characteristics is surface finish:

Filter insert manufacture
Manufacture of all types of filtration elements for all types of textile filters
- Bag filters from 110mm to 450mm up to lengths of 10 m (for FTB, FTG, EVF, FTP, FR-SP, FR-JET filters, etc.).
- Filtration pouches (for FV, FVÚ, FVÚ-P, FVJ, FKA, FKB, FKC, FVS ZP-K, FK filters, etc.).
- Filter fabric
- Textile openings from 250mm to 400mm in diameter, at lengths up to 8000mm.

The selection of the correct filtration media for use in the completed filtration media is one of the most important steps leading to the correct and long-term function of the filtration station. This selection is conditioned by the following factors:
- Technical process - knowledge of the technical process is one of the conditions for selecting a proper filtration media
- Filter equipment regeneration type; the filtration surface of the filter equipment is also considered
