FR-SP bag particulate filters with back flushing

Description:
The filter marking FR-SP X/Y – Z designates the following:
Bag filter with back flushing, filtration area X m2 and with number of chambers Y, Z - filter insulation (data is omitted if filters are not insulated).
FR-SP bag particulate filters with back flushing are designed for filtering solid pollutant materials that do not create a flammable or explosive mixture when combined with air. The Ex version must be used for explosive environments and for flammable or explosive mixtures. These filters are designed for cement facilities, lime facilities, stone quarries, ceramics plants, for metallurgy and casting facilities, for feed processing facilities and others.
The filters are designed for HVAC air supply and exhaust systems. One benefit they offer is the ability to apply greater loads on the filtration process. The filter is made of a frame with vertically installed bags that are 150 mm in diameter. The hopper is either a trough or pavilion design depending on the size of the filter station. A rotating feeder, screw conveyor or a weighted double door can be attached in order to transport captured particulate matter from the hopper while maintaining a separate and sealed filtration section apart from the external environment.
The surface finish for FR-SP units that are insulated is a galvanized corrugated sheet along with insulation to prevent water from condensing on the walls. The opening section of the filters as well as the structure of the filter itself are made from Class 11 steel and are treated with a primer coating and two coatings of enamel, shaded E5300, or in a colour shade defined by the investor.
